Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of botcf websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, AI coding services, billing services, documentation, and related features.

By accessing or using botcf, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.

1. General Terms

  1. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and botcf.
  2. We may update these Terms from time to time due to product, operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
  3. Your continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
  4. Additional policies, product rules, pricing pages, order terms, or feature-specific notices may apply to certain services.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

  1. You must have the legal capacity required to use online services in your jurisdiction.
  2. If you use the services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, API keys, tokens, and other credentials.
  5. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account or credentials.
  6. If you discover unauthorized access or a security issue, you should notify us promptly and take reasonable protective measures.

3. Service Description

  1. botcf provides online services related to AI coding assistance, including account management, API key management, package subscriptions, quota allocation, usage statistics, documentation, and model access.
  2. Service availability, supported models, pricing, packages, quotas, billing rules, and feature availability may change based on product and operational needs.
  3. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue part of the services when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services lawfully, reasonably, and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  1. Violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform rules.
  2. Abuse the services through scraping, credential sharing, automated bulk requests, malicious consumption, quota abuse, or other abnormal usage.
  3. Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, overload, scan, or attack the services or related infrastructure.
  4. Resell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or share your account, API key, quota, or service access without written permission.
  5. Upload, generate, transmit, or request content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited.
  6. Circumvent security, access control, billing, rate limits, identity verification, or usage restrictions.
  7. Use the services to develop malware, exploit systems, commit fraud, or harm others.

If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict features, revoke API keys, cancel service benefits, refuse refunds where permitted, and preserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5. Fees, Billing, and Payments

  1. Some services may require payment. Prices, packages, quotas, discounts, billing units, and renewal rules are shown on official pages or order pages.
  2. You should review product descriptions, package rules, model pricing, and applicable limitations before purchasing.
  3. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, paid services are provided according to the package, quota, or billing rules selected at purchase.
  5. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable product rules, payment status, and legal requirements.
  6. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges arising from your purchase or use of the services where applicable.

6. API Keys, Quotas, and Usage

  1. API keys and credentials are sensitive. You must protect them and must not expose them publicly.
  2. Quotas, rate limits, model availability, billing modes, and routing rules may vary by package, account status, group rules, or operational policies.
  3. Usage statistics and billing records are calculated by our systems and backend settlement rules. Displayed estimates may differ from final settlement data.
  4. We may limit or suspend API access when necessary to protect service stability, security, compliance, or other users.

7. User Content and AI Output

  1. You are responsible for the content, prompts, files, code, and data you submit to the services.
  2. You must ensure that you have the required rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit or process such content.
  3. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating output before use.
  4. We do not guarantee that AI output will be correct, lawful, secure, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
  5. To provide and maintain the services, we may process submitted content and generated output as reasonably necessary, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. We and our licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, service marks, and related technology.
  2. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
  3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the services except as expressly permitted.
  4. You retain rights to content you lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate and provide the services.

11. Disclaimers

  1. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available services.
  3. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, or suitable for your intended purpose.
  4. You are responsible for evaluating service suitability, output quality, compliance requirements, and operational risks.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, botcf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or service availability, arising from or related to your use of the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the period permitted by applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

  1. You may stop using the services at any time.
  2. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse resources, fail to pay fees, or use the services in a harmful manner.
  3. After termination, certain provisions will continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and provisions that by nature should survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where botcf operates. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction.
